Mr. Levanti was born and raised in Southern Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2002. In the years since, he has appeared in Courts throughout all of Southern Illinois. Thanks to his immence experience, Mr. Levanti has developed key insights into discovery practice and the rules of evidence.
Since 2013, Mr. Levanti has focused primarily on protecting the rights of the elderly and disabled. His practice focuses on Estate Planning, Guardianship, Mental Health Law, Trust and Estate Administration and Special Needs Trusts.
Mr. Levanti's expertise in Estate Planning allows him to advise his clients on how to use Trusts, Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, etc. to ensure that their wishes are carried out in case they become disabled or when they pass away.
