Why did he move from his food cart? You don’t have to stand out in the rain and place an order; you don’t have to bake in the sun to place an order. He doesn’t have to work in 165° in the summer and close early or chip the ice in his sink in the winter. He will have more capacity to stay open during the posted hours.
Yes, The Old Hichen’ Post will continue to serve breakfast in the same place on Saturday and Sunday. That’s why Chadwick’s Pit is only open Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (or until sold out!).
