The Chamber Board has formed an Ad Hoc Committee to review the Bylaws for accuracy, up-to-date information, to add bylaws for virtual and hybrid Member and Board meetings, Board vote-by-email process, Associate Member requirements and any other items it deems necessary,
The Bylaws Committee will recommend Bylaws changes to the Chamber Board of Directors for their review,
The Chamber Board will recommend Bylaws changes to the Chamber Membership by March 1, 2025.
